Radishes are a rather common plant belonging to the Brassicaceae family, which can also be consumed in sprout form. It has a slightly potent flavor, which can spice up the diets of those open to such tastes.
Significance, effects:
Fresh sprouts contain a concentration of nutrients, minerals and vitamins. They have a high folic acid and magnesium content and are rich in antioxidants. Radishes have a low energy value.
Sprouting: Steep the seeds in water overnight. Drain the water in the morning, rinse the seeds and move the container with the seeds to a dark place. Rinse the seeds at least twice a day (in the morning and evening) and drain the water off the seeds. The sprouts can be consumed after 3-4 days. Refrigerate the sprouts so they wouldn’t go bad.
Use: The sprouts can be used raw, in salads, sandwiches, in side dishes or in raw beverages.

Sprouting process: soak the seeds overnight. In the morning, pour the water out of them, wash the seeds and place the pot in a dark place. Rinse the seeds at least twice a day (morning and evening), then do not stand in the water. Sprouts can be consumed after 3-4 days. It is worth keeping the sprouts cool.
Storage: Store in a cool and dry place!
