Agave syrup is a concentrated plant liquid, gained from the agave plant. The plant is mainly found in tropical and subtropical climates.
Use: As a sugar and honey replacement. For sweetening pancakes, crackers, granola bars, cakes, sauces, yoghurts, soy-based milk and desserts, ice cream, syrups and drinks.
Good to know: Plant-based syrups are the best sweeteners for the human body.
