Description

Vitamin D3 is the optimal form as it raises active Vitamin D levels in the bloodstream more effectively than Vitamin D2. Vitamin D contributes to the normal absorption and utilization of calcium and phosphorus, the maintenance of normal blood calcium levels, healthy bones, and normal teeth. It also supports normal muscle function, immune system performance, and plays a role in cell division.
Vitamin K participates in maintaining normal bone health.
