Ajánlott napi mennyiség: napi 4-6 csepp kúraszerűen, étkezés előtt a nyelv alatt tartva pár percig
Leírás:
A biológiailag aktív formában lévő B12-vitamin hozzájárul a fáradtság csökkentéséhez és a normál pszichológiai funkció fenntartásához. Illetve a normál homocisztein-anyagcseréhez és az immunrendszer normál működéséhez. A vér állapota terén a B12 hozzájárul a normál vörösvérsejt-képződéshez. Hozzájárul az idegrendszer normál működéséhez, részt vesz az energiatermelő anyagcsere-folyamatokban. A B12 szerepet játszik a sejtosztódásban.
