Description:

Iron deficiency is a common problem worldwide—including in Hungary—particularly among women, the elderly, individuals under increased physical strain, and vegetarians or vegans. Iron is an essential mineral for the functioning of our bodies. The Albion® Ferrochel® iron bisglycinate in this product provides iron in the form of an amino acid chelate. Iron contributes to normal red blood cell and hemoglobin formation, as well as oxygen transport within the body. Vitamin C enhances iron absorption, while folate and vitamins B6 and B12 support normal blood cell formation. Riboflavin and copper contribute to normal iron metabolism and transport. Iron, vitamin C, and vitamins B3, B5, B6, and B12 aid energy production and contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
