Ingredients: sorghum flour (48% tapioca starch, psyllium husk fiber, antioxidant, (ascorbic acid)
Contains no added sugar. Contains naturally occurring sugars.
Usage: Ready-to-use gluten-free flour mix made from sorghum flour.
Suitable for making bread, pancakes, sponge cakes and other pastries.
Recipe tip:
Sorghum loaf:
Ingredients: Sorghum flour mix 500 g, lukewarm water 460 ml, sugar 20 g, fresh yeast 20 g or gluten-free yeast powder: 5 g, salt 10 g.
Preparation: 1. Mix lukewarm water, sugar and yeast, then add flour and salt. 2. Knead the ingredients well until the dough is smooth. 3. Let it rest 10 minutes, then knead on a floured surface and shape into a loaf. 4. Let rise in a warm place for approx. 40 minutes, until the dough has doubled in size. 5. Before baking, brush the top of the dough with oil to give it a nicer color, and cut into the top. 6. Bake in a preheated 190 °C fan oven for 45 minutes. Place a small bowl of water in the bottom of the oven. Let cool completely in a cool place.
