Psyllium husks are a great source of soluble fiber gained from psyllium seeds which are capable of absorbing twenty times their own weight of water. This yield a soft gel which is absorbed in the intestinal tract, helping the disposal of toxic material as well as making sure such substances wouldn't spend a long time in the intestines.
In the case of sensitive intestines: psyllium hush is a great source of fiber for those who have gluten intolerance. It also has a calmative effect on sensitive intestines, which can be scraped by wheat fiber. Psyllium husks are entirely natural and safe, used by millions of people year after year. It isn't absorbed by the body and creates no adverse reaction or addiction. This makes it suitable for long-term usage.

Use:Add one tablespoon of psyllium husks to a glass (at least 200 ml) of water or fruit juice, quickly mix and drink at once. When using psyllium hush, it's also important to drink an appropriate amount of fluids (at least 2 liters), possibly in the form of pure water!
