Organic tamari souce, the gluten-free seasoning of Japanese cuisine.
Ingredients: soybeans* (46,5%), water, salt.

Naturally fermented. It is excellent salt substitute and seasonings. The main difference between tamari and shoyu is that tamari does not contain wheat.
