Spicy S&B Wasabi powder is mixed with a little water and has a slightly stronger flavor than wasabi paste.

Known as Japanese horseradish, wasabi is the green, gnarled root of the wasabi plant.

S&B Wasabi Powder can be used together with soy sauce as a dipping sauce for sushi and sashimi, but also for seasoning soba noodles.

How to use: Put 5 teaspoons of wasabi powder into cup or small bowl. Add 3 teaspoons of water and mix well. Place container upside down and wait 1 minute for maximum hotness.

Ingredients: horseradish 76%, mustard, tapioca starch, Wasabi Japonica 2%.
