Details

Its name comes from Si Racha, a seaside village where it was originally sold as a local product. Surprisingly, the sauce became very popular, starting from the beach of Thailand and becoming an internationally famous sauce.

Sriracha chili sauce is a creamy, spicy sauce made from Thai sun-ripened chili peppers.

Ingredients: Chili (61%), sugar syrup, salt, garlic, flavor enhancer (E621), stabilizer (E415), acids (E260, E330), preservative (E202).
